At the YMCA, we are committed to supporting you and your family’s health and wellness. YMCA at Home is a free virtual platform connecting you with your favourite YMCA programs, activities and instructors without leaving the comfort of your home. You can expect a safe, fun and impactful experience for everyone in your family.
Generation Health is a free 10-week healthy lifestyle program for children aged 8-12 years and their families. The program covers topics related to healthy living such as healthy eating, physical activity, goal-setting, healthy body image and self-confidence.
Sit and Be Fit: YMCA Chair Fitness.
Sit and Be Fit: YMCA Chair Fitness is a new health and fitness program. Offered online, participants will have the chance to improve their balance, mobility, and strength while staying connected and having fun!
This class is for adults who have limited mobility or who are at risk of falling. Participants will be guided through low-to-moderate intensity seated and standing (optional) exercises.

Choose to Move.
Choose to Move is a free choice-based, online physical activity coaching program for people ages 65+, based on the best research evidence that helps break down barriers to physical inactivity. With a certified Activity Coach, participants design a personalized physical activity program to keep you active and connected while you are at home. Made possible through our funding partners.

Canadian Fitness Connection
This free 12-week program, helps participants learn ways to stay fit while practicing English, meeting new friends and exploring Canadian life and culture. This program is for immigrants ages 19+ only. To participate, you must be a Permanent Resident or a Convention Refugee.
