Find Support to Get Active!

Choose to Move is a free choice-based physical activity, group, and individual coaching program for inactive seniors and older adults. Based on the best research evidence, this program gives participants the tools, skills, and resources to start moving again. Participants design a personalized physical activity program with the help of a certified Activity Coach to build the habit of physical activity in ways that work best for them. And as a part of a supportive group of peers, participants find the encouragement and accountability to achieve their goals!
