Registration for our 2022 Summer Day Camps is now open!
A new adventure, every day of the week.
Our YMCA summer day camps offer children ages 6* to 12 with the opportunity to build their confidence, connect with others, and stay active. Week-long camps are available from late June through the end of August.
(*Children are eligible for Day Camps if they are turning 6 years old by

Many of our summer day camps operate out of YMCA Kids Club locations throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Participating youth will experience a week of traditional day-camp fun, with 90 minutes of physical activity daily, Play it Fair games, arts & crafts, literacy activities, water games, a theme day and specialty programming.
Select locations offer an Outdoor Adventure Camp experience, providing a ton of fun for action-focused kids who love to play outside. Participating youth will engage in a wide range of activities, including outdoor swimming, sports and Play it Fair games.
Cancellation policy: To cancel your camp experience, notification must be received in writing no later than two weeks prior to the start of camp sessions in order to receive a full refund (less a $25 deposit).

What You Need to Know
Health and Safety
In accordance with public health guidelines, we will be carrying out several health and safety protocols at our day camp programs. These include: daily health declarations for campers and staff; new sign-in/sign-out procedures; regular sanitizing of high-touch surfaces; increased hand washing; smaller group activities to allow for more physical distancing; and reduced capacity.
Day Camp Locations
We will be running programs at several locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. This includes programs in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock, Chilliwack, and Maple Ridge.
Day Camp Family Handbook
Preparation goes a long way to having an enjoyable camp experience, but we also know parents are juggling a lot these days. We’ve put together a handy (and hopefully helpful) Family Handbook and Preparing for Camp document to help your child remain a happy camper, all summer long.
