in The Weight Room
Join a new small-group (max 6 participants) strength training program tailored specifically to support women through the physical and mental changes of menopause.
Led by expert trainers, you’ll participate in specialized workouts with personal support and adaptations for all experience levels and receive helpful information to better understand menopause.
The program is structured as 12 one-hour sessions over 6 weeks and welcomes anyone going through the menopause transition.

Note: Moving Through Menopause is the first menopause program at YMCA BC, and participants will be invited to provide feedback so YMCA can expand it to other YMCA BC centres in the future.
