Join us at YMCA Camp Elphinstone for our Women's Weekend—registration is open now for our next session running Oct. 24-26, 2025!

Relax, recharge and connect with other amazing women, right here at our 144-acre, oceanfront camp located on BC's Sunshine Coast! You'll have access to our wide range of classic camp activities, including archery, paddling, rock climbing, ropes courses, and more, as well as yoga sessions, art classes and other special programming!

Enjoy healthy, delicious meals prepared by our kitchen staff—all included with the price of your registration! 

Registration Fees

All-inclusive pricing for our Women's Weekend is based upon the accommodation type of your choosing. Our Hemlock Cabins have high ceilings and a classic cabin feel, with central washroom facilities nearby. Our Lodges feature cozy seating areas with fireplaces, accessible washrooms and showers. Please be aware that all accommodation types have bunk bed-style sleeping arrangements, and guests provide their own bedding (unless purchased as an add-on) and towels. 

Fees by accommodation types are as follows (plus tax):

  • Hemlock Cabin (Shared by up to 6 people) — $273
  • Shared Lodge (Shared by up to 4 people) — $313
  • Private Lodge (Private room) — $453

Additional Info

  • A limited number of bedding sets are available for a $25 surcharge. 
  • On-site parking is available for participants. Shuttle service to and from the Langdale Ferry Terminal can also be added to your registration for a small fee.
  • Coming with a friend or a larger group? Our team will make every effort to accommodate requests for placements in the same Cabin or Lodge. 
  • Our Women's Weekend is open to all women aged 19 and older.
  • Please be aware that male staff members will be on site.
