Bob

Bob - "Exercise (training) should make you feel better, not worse and everybody and everybody is different. No matter who you are or what you do, there are foundational principles that apply to everyone: 1) You need a plan, 2) Training should be smart, and 3) Training should be challenging and sometimes fun.

My ideal client is anyone with a positive attitude, shows up with a desire to put the work in, and appreciates the home they will live in for the rest of their life—their body."
