If you are in Grade 11, Grade 12, or in your first year of post-secondary, Youth Education Supports Programs (YESP) is here to help you move forward with confidence

Free. Supportive. Designed for you. 

  • Individualized sessions 
  • Length varies on youths’ needs 
  • Goal-oriented support 

This is for you if:

  • You want to continue on to post-secondary education
  • You want to improve your grades
  • You are unsure about your post-secondary options
  • You are feeling stressed or disconnected at school
  • You are facing financial or personal barriers
  • You just need someone in your corner

YESP is a safe, supportive space where you can focus, grow, and move forward with confidence.

What you get:

YESP gives you real support that makes a real difference:

  • Academic tutoring and study skills support
  • One-to-one mentorship and career exploration
  • Help planning for college, university, or other pathways
  • Life skills and mindfulness workshops to strengthen mental well-being
  • Access to food, school supplies, and technology
  • Scholarships, textbooks, education assessments, and help with applications

You will be supported by experienced YMCA youth workers and mentors who believe in your potential and are committed to helping you succeed. 

Who can join:

YESP is open to youth:

  • In grades 11 and 12
  • In their first year of post-secondary education

There is no cost to participate.
