To ensure your health and safety, we’ve launched a new online booking system to help you reserve your spot in group fitness classes ahead of time. Watch the video below to learn how to do this — don’t worry, it’s easy!

Advance Booking Window & Overnight Blackout Period


Reservations can be made up to three days in advance, starting at 6 a.m. daily. For example, a Thursday class can be reserved as early as 6 a.m. on the Monday prior. The reservation system is closed nightly between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. 




Please ensure that you cancel your booking if you cannot make it to the YMCA. The minimum amount of time to cancel is three hours in advance. If you cancel fewer than three hours before a class start time, it will count towards your no-show total. You will also not be able to book another time slot that day.

Please note that classes cannot be cancelled during the overnight blackout period. As an example, cancellations for a class starting at 9 a.m. must be completed before the system closure at 11 p.m. the day prior.


No-Show Policy


If you miss your booking or do not cancel more than three hours before your time slot three times, your advance booking privileges will be deactivated for two weeks. For those members who are not able to book in advance, the YMCA will offer a standby option.
