In compliance with provincial health orders, as of September 13, 2021, proof of vaccination of at least your first dose of any approved COVID-19 vaccines, as well as government-issued photo I.D., are required to access the Tong Louie Family YMCA. As of October 24, 2021, two doses will be required.

The Tong Louie Family YMCA pool opened on Monday, July 19th!
Before you visit the Tong Louie Family YMCA, please activate your membership. Advance booking for the fitness floor is no longer required. If you want to reserve a group fitness class, it’s simple! All you have to do is browse through the calendar at the bottom of this page, click ‘register’ and follow the instructions. Please know that time slots become available at midnight, 3 days in advance.
We have also updated our health and safety policy, as well as our code of conduct. Please read through them prior to your visit to ensure everyone is safe and healthy at the Y.
Monday-Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Reserve Your Group Fitness Class at the Tong Louie Family YMCA
Please ensure that you cancel your booking if you cannot make it to the YMCA. The minimum amount of time to cancel is 60 minutes in advance. If you cancel within the 60-minute window, it will count towards your no-show total. You will also not be able to book another time slot that day.
If you miss three or more of your bookings or do not cancel within 60 minutes of your time slot, your advance booking privileges will be deactivated for two weeks. For those members who are not able to book in advance, the YMCA will offer a standby option.
